To be honest I never liked Ford Ka. Not sure about you, but I always considered it extremely expensive for what you get. I don’t think it was a big success, but Ford has news. A new Ford Ka s going to be officially presented to the public at the 2008 edition of Paris Motor [...]

Introduced in 1992 instead of the famous Renault 25 and in operations till 2000, the French automakers decided to replace Safrane with the remarkable Vel Satis. But that didn’t affect sales as they expected, so now the company is thinking of reviving it as a mid-size luxury sedan but the news aren’t THAT great.
Apparently the [...]

Do you remember Johan and his problem with speed (or better said the lack of visible traffic enforcement)? Like Johan, there are many of us that like to pedal to the metal.
The first thing that came to my mind when seeing this picture was to thank God, that’s not the way our authorities try to [...]

This year’s 2008 Monaco Grand Prix was a real challenge as bad weather continued to change the race. Even the winner Lewis Hamilton and Mclaren were dominated by the weather on lap 5 when Hamilton’s Mclaren hit a barrier puncturing his right-rear tyre forcing him into an early pit stop. He managed to come back [...]

Whilst his team mate Lewis Hamilton retired, when he went off and got stuck in the gravel with worn wet tyres on a drying track. Dogged by dismal performances, Jenson Button has announced that he may quit F1 if his Honda outfit doesn’t get its act together. Button has denied rumors that he is looking to join another team.
Honda’s latest RA 107 has earned just one point in nine races. That must hurt this talented racer, given the fact that [...]

The continual grousing over fuel prices has earned the HUMMER brand a place on consumers’ fecal roster. There’s nothing wrong with what HUMMER has on offer, other than the fact that large, off-road capable trucks make terrible commuter cars, and the idiots misusing their H2s for tasks better suited to Cobalts are finally wising up. This re-thinking of emetic consumption has sent HUMMER sales down the sewer, and with no end in sight, GM is seriously considering selling the brand to stanch the cash…

We don’t have much information on this, but apparently this theme-park looking concrete chicane is in use on a roadway in China to keep speeds down. The Not So Great Wall of China is about two-feet high and one-hundred serpentine feet long.
We can’t imagine what people were doing on this road to necessitate one-way traffic slowed to a crawl. Or maybe the authorities are just trying to protect the trees and fields from pilots like the amphibious Audi R8 driver, since there doesn’t seem to…

While domestic sales continue to slide, the auto market in China is thriving. Both General Motors and Ford have reported double-digit sales growth for the first-half of 2008 in the world’s most populace country, with GM moving 590,126 Buick, Chevrolet, and Cadillac vehicles for a total sales increase of 12.7 percent, while Ford sold 172,411 units for 21 percent jump in growth. With China recognized as the second-largest vehicle market outside the United States, and with their economy forecasted to grow…

Most automakers are struggling with horrible US market conditions right now, but unlike competitors such as Toyota and Ford, Chrysler doesn’t have sales in other areas of the world to fall back on. The Pentastar is looking to improve its fortunes overseas while also benefiting from low labor costs by partnering with the Great Wall Motor Company. The young Chinese automaker doesn’t specialize in the small vehicles Chrysler needs here in the States, however, as the company’s primary focus is…
